She graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed advanced infectious diseases and microbiology training across Northern Health, Western Health, Austin Health and Dorevitch Pathology.
Dr Wong has worked across metropolitan and regional health services in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania. Her clinical experience includes inpatient infectious diseases consultation, outpatient clinics, diabetic foot infection, tuberculosis, hepatitis and HIV care, antimicrobial stewardship, infection control and care of immunocompromised patients. At Northern Private Hospital she provides both infectious diseases and general medicine input, offering a useful interface for patients with cancer or blood disorders who develop complex infections or other medical issues.
